CARTOON VILLAIN

Almost every cartoon series has got a cartoon hero to the story, and where there's a hero, there's a cartoon villain. There is an age-old tradition about the classic cartoons heroes and villains. The villains is always up to no good and the hero is always there in time to save the world, the city, the day or some other thing, but something always gets saved right in the nick of time.

Luckily the story always ends on a good note in favor of the hero. Feuds between heroes and villains is always never ending with every episode of any cartoon, mostly it's the cool cartoons like Skunk Fu and Samurai Jack, but there still are the classic cartoons hero and villain feuds, like Popeye and Brutus who can never see eye to eye.

Following, is a list of the most recent and not-so-recent heroes and their cartoon villain, always having a feud of some sort, the villain, up to no-good evil and the hero, there to save the day.

Generator Rex		Van Kleiss

Generator Rex is the good guy with the good nanites. Van Kleiss is a bit of a misfit and needs nanites to restore his abilities. They are forever in a feud, where Rex wants to cure every E.V.O and where Van Kleiss wants to change everything and everyone into an E.V.O.
Sonic the Hedgehog		Dr. Robotnik

Dr. Robotnik is always busy with some kind of plan to advance his robot troops or tear down a forest or something of the sort, but luckily, Sonic is always there to foil his plans.
Powerpuff Girls		Mojo Jojo

The Powerpuff Girls has a lot of villains in their stories, but Mojo Jojo earns the right to be in almost every one of their fights.
Perry the Platypus		Dr. Heinz Doofenschmirtz

These "Phineas & Ferb" cartoon characters has been enemies for long. Perry, the hero, is an animal secret agent that works for the US Army. Dr. Doofenschmirtz, the cartoon villain, is an evil scientist/inventor who always has an evil invention that he has created for some kind of hilarious reason. Perry the Platypus is assigned to fool his plans.
Samurai Jack		Aku

Aku, the villain, has sent Samurai Jack, the cartoon hero, to the future where Aku rules the world. Many times, Samurai Jack, has almost find a way back, but Aku manages to defeat Samurai Jack, for now. It's now up to our hero, Samurai Jack, to find a way back to the past to fight and win Aku, forever.
Skunk Fu		Dragon

Skunk Fu, the hero, has his hands full with the henchman of Dragon, the villain. He is constantly fighting the minions of Dragon, but one day he will defeat the outcast dragon and everyone will be safe again.
Burt & Melissa Raccoon		Cyril Sneer

Burt and Melissa Raccoon, the heroes, is always trying to save the forest, but Cyril Sneer, the villain, always has a different plan for the forest. He is always scheming to develop the forest to an industry only to profit himself. But the Raccoons always seem to find a way to bypass the plans of Cyril Sneer.
Optimus Prime		Megatron

Optimus Prime, the hero, as leader of the Autobots are in constant battle against Megatron, the villain, leader of the Decepticons. The never-ending fight for resources to take them back to their home planet will keep these two sides fighting for a long time. Luckily, the Autobots, just seems to be much smarter than the Decepticons and this results always in a good turn for the Autobots.
Popeye		Brutus

The age old feud between Popeye, the cartoon hero, and Brutus, the cartoon villain, can never be forgotten. They will always fight each other for the hand of Olive, or just plainly because the can fight.
Kim Possible & Ron Stoppable		Drakkan & Shego

Kim Possible and Ron Stoppable, the cartoon heroes, is a great teen duo in fighting crime. Drakkan and his henchwoman, Shego, the cartoon villain, are always scheming plans to take over the world in some way or another. Kim Possible and her sidekick, Ron Stoppable, always finds a way to defuse Drakkan's plans.
Dexter		Mandark

The genius, Dexter, the cartoon hero, is an inventor of great magnitude, but his foe, Mandark, the villain, seeks to undermine Dexter in any way he can. Luckily for Dexter, Mandark has one weakness, Dexter's sister, Dee-Dee. Dexter will use his sister at any cost to overpower Mandark in any way he can.
Kuzco		Yzma

Kuzco, the cartoon hero, is emperor, but to stay emperor, he has to finish school, otherwise his not-so-friendly nemesis, Yzma, the villain, will become emperor. This takes Kuzco on a rocky road, as he struggles to make it at school, luckily, Melina is always there to help him through every obstacle.
Chop Socky Chooks		Dr. Wasabi

Dr. Wasabi, the cartoon villain, is just a plain mean old fish. He rules Wasabi World where our heroes tries to defeat him. Every time Dr. Wasabi has a new scheme or device to enslave the citizens of Wasabi World, the trio, Chop Socky Chooks, the heroes, is there to save the citizens.
Fantastic 4		Dr. Doom

Once, they were friends, but after a life changing event involving cosmic rays, the Fantastic 4, the cartoon heroes, and Dr. Doom, the villain, became enemies. Our 4 heroes were changed to better the planet, but the cosmic rays enhanced the evil in Dr. Doom and made him an archenemy of the Fantastic 4. Dr. Doom has many plans to take over the world, but the Fantastic 4 is very resourceful and stops Doom's plans, every time.
Kids Next Door		The Delightful Children

The Delightful Children, the cartoon villain, is really the bad kids on the block. They help the adults to overthrow the whole organization of the Kids Next Door, the cartoon heroes. But the Kids Next Door's ingenuity and resourcefulness always comes to their rescue as they foil the plans of The Delightful Children.
Robotboy		Dr. Kamikazi

Dr. Kamikazi, the cartoon villain, is always trying to capture Robotboy, the cartoon hero, to transform him for his own use, but Robotboy is more clever than that and he always finds a way to fight Dr. Kamikazi's plans.
TMNT		Shredder

As our four heroes save the world undercover, they are always being halted by their archenemy, Shredder, the cartoon villain. Though Shredder has a whole army of Ninjas, the four turtles, the cartoon heroes, are masters in their art of fighting and always prevails as the winners.
